The one-to-one session is the ideal form to deal with a specific problem you may be facing.

For mindfulness sessions for children with the “Mindfulness Matters!” method:

Programme of 8 sessions of 45 minutes for the 5-7 years’ old : 350 euros (21% VAT included)

Programme of 8 sessions of 1 hour for the 8-11 years’ old : 350 euros (21% VAT included)

Programme of 10 sessions of 1 hour for the 12-18 year’s old: 430 euros (21% VAT included)

Group of 5 to 10 people

Price: 15€ per person (VAT 21% included)

Duration: 1h30

These group sessions are the perfect method to discover Sophrology, to unwind and take time for yourself and to improve your general wellbeing.

As these sessions are in group, you benefit from its energetic support as you practice the method and this often generates great opportunities for change and improvement as well as offering a friendly environment.

These sessions are not to be confused with workshops organized around a specific topic (see section Workshops), which allow to introduce you to Sophrology through specific topics. A small amount of theory and a lot of practical exercises will help you to discover the specific tools that are easy to implement in your daily life.

It is recommended to wear a comfortable outfit. Feel free to take a Smartphone / Dictaphone should you want to record your sessions.
