I am delighted to have enrolled my youngest son in the mindfulness sessions offered by Laurence. From the very first meeting, Ilan was enchanted by Laurence’s gentleness and good humour. Thanks to these sessions, he has learned to recognise and accept his emotions and to enjoy the present moment in order to move forward more effectively. Thank you again for this valuable experience!

These sessions allowed me to (re)gain awareness of my vital organs, how my body works and, above all, the importance of breathing, which is the basis of our survival.
In the same way as, and in addition to, meditation, yoga and mindfulness, sophrology is a perfect tool for reconnecting with your body and, thanks to this famous letting go, freeing your mind…
Laurence is a force of nature, with incredibly boundless and contagious energy, kindness and attentiveness that I have not encountered in many women… For all these reasons, I highly recommend this therapy with her. It will do you a world of good, so treat yourself 🙂

I highly recommend Laurence’s mindfulness sessions using the frog method. Laurence knows how to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my daughter feels comfortable exploring her emotions. I was impressed to see that this method has a real impact on her behaviour and mood, and that it gives her concrete tools to manage everyday challenges. The little grape exercise was a real success: my daughter loved immersing herself in this experience and sharing what she learned with her little brother. She is much better at identifying her emotions and is gradually learning to regulate them. Bedtime is now more peaceful, and we are seeing real progress in her overall well-being. Mindfulness is not a magic wand, but it offers teenagers a space to get to know and understand themselves, and parents an opportunity to gently accompany them on this journey.

I want to tell you that this training has literally changed my life. I feel much more aware of my mental health since then, and my approach with children has also been profoundly transformed. I use the « lifeguard technique » almost every day and often refocus when I feel myself drifting off in my thoughts.

Under Laurence’s guidance, and thanks to various exercises and techniques, I first learned to breathe better, then I gained serenity and harmony by learning to release tension, free myself from distracting thoughts, and take a step back.
The sessions taught me to focus on the positive, which gave me more self-confidence. Laurence gave us lots of tools to improve our daily well-being. Finally, the group dynamic allowed us to enjoy real moments of sharing and conviviality.
Sophrology is for everyone, so don’t hesitate, contact Laurence!

It has helped me to better manage stress and insomnia thanks to a few exercises that help to focus your breathing.
I regularly use these techniques today to prepare and relax before starting a big work project, which helps me to concentrate afterwards.
In short, sophrology is fun and so natural, and with Laurence’s guidance, it’s even better!

Laurence has been offering sophrology sessions to my 8-year-old daughter for over a year. Through fun exercises, my daughter has learned to breathe better, to become aware of her body by relaxing it from head to toe, and to embrace her emotions. The exercises help her gain confidence, and she has also improved her concentration at school. She is more relaxed and falls asleep more easily at night. I think that practising sophrology from childhood is a wonderful asset for achieving harmony between body and mind throughout one’s life.

I attended a few sophrology sessions with Laurence as part of my « birth preparation » for my second pregnancy. Initially, I came to get some advice to help me cope with a planned second caesarean section. Laurence took the time to listen to me, assess my needs and suggest different techniques. In addition to the « me time » that I took, which always does me good, Laurence taught me relaxation and breathing techniques and helped me become more aware of my body. All of this helped me during my delivery (which ended up being vaginal) to pause the epidural and manage the contractions, but also afterwards (milk coming in, cervix contractions, baby crying). So I highly recommend it!
